School Administrative Committee

The School Management Committee assists the Incorporated Management Committee in formulating policies related to promoting school development, monitoring and evaluating their effectiveness to improve teaching, student development, and administrative efficiency. The committee also plans and executes initiatives to enhance the school's image, promoting its development and improving the school environment, so that the community (especially local primary and secondary school teachers and parents) understands the school's characteristics and development direction. The key areas of work are as follows:

 

  1. Assess the current status of the school, formulate an overall development direction, and establish and organize various departments to implement school policies and measures.
  2. Promote the school's self-evaluation work, facilitate self-improvement, collect performance assessments, report relevant evaluations to stakeholders, and conduct self-assessments for the school.
  3. Develop, monitor, and improve the system and processes for teachers' continuous professional development and performance evaluation to enhance teaching effectiveness.
  4. Develop, monitor, and improve the management and utilization of school resources to enhance the school environment and administrative efficiency, thereby improving teaching effectiveness and fostering a sense of belonging among teachers and students.
  5. Develop, monitor, and improve matters related to students' school life (lunches, subsidies, financial aid, welfare issues).
  6. Develop, monitor, and improve matters concerning the school's commercial operations.
  7. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of potential hazards the school may face, review the adequacy of safety measures, and establish crisis management guidelines.
  8. Address unforeseen crises.
  9. Develop strategies and activities for community engagement to raise awareness of the school's educational spirit and achievements, encouraging community support for the school’s educational efforts.
  10. Develop strategies and activities for alumni engagement to support the alumni association, promote connections between alumni and their alma mater, and support the school's educational work.
